Hi, I’m Janina — a Munich-based visual creator working at the intersection of photography, artistic storytelling, and contemporary visual expression. What started as an early fascination with light and moments has grown into a practice defined by precision aand presence.

I hold a BA in Photography from Munich’s historic photography school (founded in 1900). Over the years, long-term projects and extended international stays have shaped my visual language and the way I approach space, people, and atmosphere. Rather than following a single genre, my work moves fluidly between portraiture, digital art, editorial, documentary, interior, and travel photography — always guided by authentic connection and a calm, intuitive approach.

Alongside commissioned work for brands, agencies, and editorial clients, I develop personal art projects. One of the most central is the UNITY series, an AI-informed exploration of the evolving relationship between people and nature. I am represented internationally by Sonja Heintschel Photographers & More, and my work is known for its clarity, contemporary sensibility, and strong focus on character.

For me, photography and art are ways of translating atmosphere and emotion into considered, intentional visuals. My work speaks to design-minded audiences who value craft, minimalism, and see art as an extension of identity and space.
