Return Policy
Returns
As each artwork is produced individually to order, we currently only accept returns in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@by-lo.com if there is any issue with your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Orders placed by mistake
Please review all product details and size information carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or artwork, we recommend placing a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@by-lo.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
